Terms and Conditions
Yayasan Peduli Kemanusiaan (YPK) Bali online shop is an online shop that currently sells T-shirt products. The sale of these T-shirts aims to support the “Wheels of Happiness” fundraising to purchase vehicles to pick up and pick up children with physical disabilities, especially those taking part in informal education and rehabilitation programs at the Yayasan Peduli Kemanusiaan (YPK) Bali.

Product
YPK Bali online shop sells T-shirt products.
Order
- Customers choose the desired product
- Customers adjust product choices by selecting the appropriate category and size
- Customers set the purchase amount
- Customers continue the purchase stage by clicking the “Add to Cart” button
- Customers then proceed to the shopping cart by clicking “View Cart” or the shopping cart icon which already contains the number of products ordered
- Customer reviews their order
- Customers proceed to payment by clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” button
- Customers fill in personal data for delivery of purchased products
- Personal data includes:
- First name
- Last name
- Country
- Province
- City or Regency
- Subdistrict
- Address
- Postal code
- Phone number
- Email address
- Customers can check the box “Create an account?” If you want to create an account in an online shop, don’t tick if you don’t want to create an account
- Customers can check the box “Ship to a different address?” if you want to send the product to a different address
- Customers choose the delivery courier
- Customers verify by clicking the “I’m not a robot” box then following the instructions given and if it is appropriate then clicking the “Verify” button
- Customers choose the payment method, “Direct bank transfer” or “All supported payment”
- Customer clicks “Place Order” button
Payment
- Payment can be made via direct bank transfer or via payment gateway
- Payment via direct bank transfer to confirm to WhatsApp contact by including proof of transfer
- The currency used for purchases at this online shop is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
Proof of transaction
- Proof of transaction is sent directly via email
Return
- Products purchased cannot be returned.
Shipment
- Product shipment is using the shipping courier service chosen by the customer directly when making the transaction
- The status of shipped products can be checked via the tracking service of each shipping courier
- Product shipment costs are in accordance with the costs of each delivery courier service
- Shipment under normal conditions is processed within 1 x 24 hours if the order is received before 12 noon and will be processed the next day if the order is received after 12 noon. If orders are made on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays they will be processed no later than 3 x 24 hours.
Privacy
- The information we request via the customer data form will become our internal information. Customers can choose to create or not create an account on the YPK Bali online shop.
Operational time
The YPK Bali online shop will process orders and confirmations on office operating days and times, namely Monday – Friday 08:00 – 15:00 and Saturday 08:00 – 12:00.
